Continuous learning

Ruth Williams Freelance writer

A new, evidence-based national framework to guide improvements in skill building, leadership development and talent management for NHS staff has been launched by NHS Improvement. Developing People – Improving Care is intended to guide senior managers and team leaders at all levels to develop improvement and leadership capabilities among staff and themselves. It is based on five ‘conditions’ of high-quality systems that together create a culture of continuous learning and improvement. It also includes a series of actions to create the conditions in England.
