NMC will not overturn ruling on nurse convicted of manslaughter
The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) will not review the fitness to practise of a nurse struck off after the death of a six-year-old-boy despite Hadiza Bawa-Garba, the junior doctor struck off for the same case, being permitted to return to work.
