Thank you for your article (Maintain your standards of care – but be realistic, see page 37). The author’s thoughts reflect my own and I try to give 100% each shift, but it isn’t enough. Being part of a good team is a bonus too, but sadly it only takes one member of staff to wobble this harmony.
