An NHS leader who calls herself an introvert offers her advice on developing the skills needed in leadership roles
I have worked as a nurse in the NHS for 24 years and I have held many leadership roles. But as an introvert, leadership is not something that comes naturally to me and I often have to step outside my comfort zone.
