I have worked as a nurse in the NHS for 24 years and I have held many leadership roles. But as an introvert, leadership is not something that comes naturally to me and I often have to step outside my comfort zone. So if you are a reluctant leader like me, here are my top tips on how to embrace the challenge and take a proactive approach to your leadership development.
