The British Red Cross Society provides nurses as part of its response to international disasters. Normally these requests are received through the International Committee of the Red Cross based in Geneva. In order to meet these requests, which may come at any time, I undertake to keep a Register of exerienced nurses, particularly those who have had some experience overseas.
