No time for a wee: are you risking bladder problems?

Heavy workloads are leaving many nurses no time to go to the toilet, which could be damaging their bladder health

Holding in a wee every now and then is not likely to cause problems, but doing it repeatedly over time can. This can be a particular issue for nurses, who may not have time to go to the toilet when they need to during a busy shift.
