Post-thrombotic syndrome: a case study

Post-thrombotic syndrome is a common complication following deep vein thrombosis. The severity and incidence of this condition can be considerably decreased with the use of compression hosiery. This article focuses on a case study of a patient who had post-thrombotic syndrome for ten years before receiving effective treatment.
