Long-stay service development: 'costs'

This is the second of two articles which describe the development of a new service for long-stay patients with chronic mental health problems. Joist week’s article explored the theoretical and historical aspects of the project. This one examines the financial features of the project and draws conclusions from the data presented in both articles.
