A team of nurses and carers are helping hospital trusts to improve end of life care by following the difficult journey of dying patients and their families. Nurses Claire Henry and Marie Cooper are working with people whose loved ones have died in hospital to gain a ‘fresh eyes’ perspective on the experience of patients and their families.
