Every day, nurses face pressures as we try to navigate our way through the daily grind. We are reminded to eat healthily, exercise, work hard (while maintaining work-life balance), be mindful, be kind, educate ourselves – all while holding down a responsible job. So how can we use goal-setting to improve ourselves while also managing to stay motivated?
