Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, provision was inadequate and disconnected for people grieving the loss of a loved one

Over the past 18 months, all of us have in some way been touched by loss. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a considerable number of additional deaths across the country, meaning many more people have been bereaved.
