Gloves, gowns and masks are too big or ill-fitting, survey finds, and do not take into account the cultural diversity of staff

A sizeable proportion of nurses – mainly women – may be continuing to struggle with ill-fitting personal protective equipment (PPE), or clothing that fails to meet their cultural needs.
