Are employers getting the shift balance right?

A Nursing Standard survey reveals that nurses feel lack of control and little choice over shift length and timing is harming their well-being

Nearly half of nurses (43%) have no say in their shift patterns and more than a quarter (28%) are unsatisfied with their work-life balance, according to a joint survey by Nursing Standard and the University of Southampton (UoS).
