The rise in the NHS-funded nursing care contribution will not erase years of failure to increase care home funding
As a nursing home manager, I was relieved to hear that the Department of Health and Social Care has increased the NHS-funded nursing care (FNC) contribution by the substantial uplift of 11.5%, to £209.19 per week for 2022-23.
