The RCN has launched a Healthy Workplace, Healthy You campaign to help nurses make a case for improving their work environment. The campaign resources are designed to help nurses recognise the effects of work on their health and to demonstrate to employers the benefits of healthy workplaces, such as reduced sickness absence and improved patient care.
