It is no secret that anxiety and depression are the most common mental health issues facing the UK population. Figures from the Mental Health Foundation reveal that, in 2023, 60% of adults reported that anxiety had interfered in their daily lives in the previous two weeks and 20% said they felt anxious most or all of the time.
