Tracy Carlson and colleagues set out to discover how people with learning disabilities could be included in interviewing potential employees

The recent secondment of two learning disability nurses offered our community learning disability team the opportunity to think about a new way of working in partnership with our clients. This article outlines how people with learning disabilities were involved in the interview process for new staff and discusses some of the issues that arose from their participation.
