There are few issues in the field of learning disabilities on which everyone - government, service users and carers, service providers, professionals and voluntary organisations – agrees. But one issue seems to have gained universal consensus – not enough is being done to provide appropriate services for people with learning disabilities who come from minority ethnic communities.
