The average staff rota can be a complicated affair, but a bit of creativity can make it more accessible to residents in care homes, says Jo Cook

In a residential home, staff have devised techniques to simplify their staff rota and enable clients with communication difficultes to find out who will be caring for them. The solutions have proved enjoyable and have eased confusion and anxiety among the residents in the home.
