New roles are being devisied in cancer care to streamline the patient experience and transform diagnostic services

Ten NHS trusts and cancer alliances in south east England are collaborating to find ways to overcome workforce challenges and reduce waiting times. The organisations have been working in partnership with Skills for Health and Health Education England South East to find staffing solutions, such as opening up career pathways, and streamlining the patient experience to transform cancer care and diagnostic services.
