Advice on removing barriers and ensuring services are more inclusive so lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people feel comfortable accessing potentially life-saving cancer screening

As nurses are aware, NHS cancer screening programmes can speed up diagnosis and prevent deaths. The UK’s screening programmes for breast, cervical and bowel cancer save almost 9,000 lives every year, according to NHS England data.
