With many applicants just missing the grades needed to begin nursing degrees, foundation years are the answer

Most people living in the UK will be aware there is a crisis in the registered nursing workforce, with around 40,000 unfilled posts in England alone. There are many reasons for this, including incredibly poor planning in the NHS over many years.
