If the latest campaign to improve attitudes towards mental health service users is to have impact, it must start in the NHS, which must tackle its staff’s negative views, says Shaun McNeil

At last, England has a well-resourced campaign aimed at challenging stigma and discrimination in the mental health field. The ‘Time to Change’ programme was launched in Cambridge last month and will go national in the new year.
