Community nurse Jayne Sankey has more than 30 years of primary care under her belt and her enthusiasm is undimmed

Jayne Sankey, lead nurse in community nursing services at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, has developed services that help some of the most vulnerable people in society.
