Reflective Practice

Nurses often face challenging situations and need flexible ways of learning from them. Reflective practice is a source of such learning. This CE article looks at strategies for using reflection and relates to UKCC Professional Development Category: Practice development. It can be studied in conjunction with Nursing Update Unit 054:The Really Useful Guide to Portfolios and Profiles(Nursing Standard, May 3,1995).
