Redesign of medicine supply systems in a rehabilitation hospital

This article describes the process of introducing the use of patients’ own drugs, one-stop dispensing and self-medication in a rehabilitation hospital. It also describes nurses’ and patients’ opinions of the new medication administration system before and after its introduction.
