A practical approach to breathing control in primary care

Breathlessness is a common but complex symptom which has a wide range of causes and presentations. Living with breathlessness can have a considerable impact on a person’s quality of life, but even slight improvements in breathing control have significant benefits for patients. This article explores different breathing control techniques which can help clinicians working in primary care to support these patients.
