Healthcare employers are not yet compelled to make workplace changes for nurses experiencing the menopause

Working in healthcare while trying to deal with menopause symptoms can be a significant challenge, as many nurses know. Some commentators suggest that nurses and other healthcare staff who find themselves managing menopause symptoms should be offered reasonable adjustments to their working conditions to take account of the impact of these symptoms.
