Children’s home care charity says demand has risen 40%

WellChild report warns that, due to budget pressures and workforce shortages, there is an impending crisis for families

The charity WellChild, which helps seriously ill children to receive care at home instead of in hospital, says demand for its network of children’s nurses has risen by nearly 40% this year.
