Cleaning wounds with saline or tap water

Nicola Trevillion Staff nurse and emergency nurse practitioner, Birmingham Heartlands and Solihull NHS Trust

NICOLA TREVILLION undertook a literature review to find if tap water is as effective as saline for cleaning wounds and now hopes to change practice in her emergency department
