Lymphoedema – the swelling of an arm, leg or other part of the body – due to an abnormal collection of a fluid called lymph in the body tissues can occur when part of the lymphatic drainage system has been removed or damaged as in cancer treatment. This article will outline the causes and management of mild, uncomplicated lymphoedema.
