Tips on making the transition from clinical practice to nurse academia, including managing imposter syndrome

I have been an assistant lecturer in nursing at a university for six months, teaching the leadership module for first-year nursing students in all fields. The main sessions I teach are sexual health and diversity and inclusion, which has a focus on caring for transgender patients. I create the content for and deliver these sessions to nursing students.
