WHAT IMPACT does work have on the psychological health of nurses, and are there particular work factors that have a detrimental impact on nurses’ psychological health? These were the key questions the RCN was keen to address in its Working Well survey, which was designed to look at specific aspects of nurses’ wellbeing and working lives.
