Board game Who Cares Wins is a training tool that rewards knowledge and adds fun. By Julie Penfold

Senior nurses at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have devised a board game to provide nurses at all levels with a fun way to learn about patient safety. The game mimics the patient ‘journey’, with players required to answer questions to move around the board, from admission to discharge.
