I read with great interest the article by Christopher Goodall ('Smelling of roses’, Viewpoint, February 8) and must say how much I agree with his views. Those who are at the sharp end of the health care system, at the coal face as it were, are those least likely to be heard. Perhaps this is because they are too far underground to be heard.
