Tackling obesity is about tackling inequalities and stigma. Scrapping body mass index would be a good first step

It was refreshing to hear the recommendations from parliament’s Women and Equalities Committee to scrap body mass index (BMI) as a measure of individual health and instead use the ‘health at every size’ approach.
