RCN FELLOWS are to hold a memorial service at Middlesex Hospital chapel in central London for education specialist Barbara Fawkes, who died last month. Ms Fawkes, an RCN vicepresident, was chief education officer at the General Nursing Council until her retirement in 1974. The service is on December 9 at 3pm.
