All you need to know to help improve your practice and complete revalidation

What is reflective practice?

The RCN defines it as: ‘A conscious effort to think about an activity or incident that allows us to consider what was positive or challenging, and if appropriate, plan how it might be enhanced, improved or done differently in the future.’

Nursing Standard. 34, 5, 40-41. doi: 10.7748/ns.34.5.40.s16
