THE EXPERIENCE of many disabled people is one of marginalisation and discrimination. This has made some disabled people turn increasingly to the law to assert their rights and to seek to end discrimination. I joined David Levene and Co. in 1995 to set up a specialist disability and education law department This was largely in response to the number of requests from the public for such a service.
