A team of nurses researched and piloted five techniques to help respiratory patients cope with their symptoms

When a snapshot audit in a respiratory unit showed that, despite medical interventions, many patients were struggling with breathlessness, a team of nurses developed a toolkit to help them achieve a better quality of life.
