Behind the rise in complaints

NHS managers should ask themselves why there has been as rise in complaints about nurses (Written complaints about nurses increase, online news, 15 September). Insufficient staffing, low morale, overtired unappreciated workers end up having a reduced commitment to their job – and this will affect the patient’s experience.
