Be clear on who is not a nurse

Three years at university is the registered nurse’s qualification. Until you do that, you should never have the title of nurse. If I was being cared for I’d want to know exactly who was who. There are many limitations to what HCAs and unqualified staff can do. Having been an HCA, and now a registered nurse, there is a big difference.
