Until the next Big Idea arrives (or is clinical supervision it?), there’s no doubt that the whole concept of reflection and the pursuit of the reflective practitioner has become extremely influential. While welcoming this increased attention to clinical practice there is one side to ‘ this issue where perhaps a cautious approach is required.
