Research-based knowledge

The National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) has launched its Knowledge Mobilisation Fellowship Scheme and is inviting applications from people with significant NHS or academic experience who can show their potential to encourage more effective use of research-based knowledge in health care. The scheme is aimed at developing leaders or champions who will improve quality and relevance of NIHR and other health research through greater service involvement; improve uptake, application and influence of research in the NHS; and develop capacity in organisations for accessing, appraising and using research evidence.
