Could better leadership improve staff retention?

Nurses often cite stress or bullying as reasons for leaving the NHS. This could be solved by more effective leadership

NHS England’s Long Term Workforce Plan, published in June, is ambitious in its goals to expand education, training and recruitment to meet future population health demands. Some might go so far as to say it is unrealistic. It pledges to increase adult nursing training places by 92%, taking the total number to almost 38,000 by 2031-32, and to increase overall nurse training places by 80%, to 53,500, in the same year.
