Health organisations appoint new nursing leaders

Health Education England, the International Council of Nurses and RCN all announce fresh faces in nursing leadership roles

New nursing leaders have been announced by a range of organisations in the UK and overseas. The new chief nurse for Health Education England (HEE) has been named as Mark Radford (pictured, right). As Nursing Management went to press, Professor Radford was due to start a six-month secondment at HEE on 1 October but will remain in his role as deputy chief nursing officer for NHS England and NHS Improvement.
