Marc Cornock Lecturer in law, School of Law, The Open University, Milton Keynes

Children’s nurses should ensure that they have appropriate cover in place to protect their practice, says Marc Cornock

The purpose of this article is to highlight the importance of professional indemnity to protect an individual’s healthcare practice.
