Advice on setting up a peer support group from a nurse who returned to work after two miscarriages

In 2020, I had two miscarriages in close succession. My ward manager was incredibly supportive and I was able to have as long as I needed away from work. However, what I really wanted at the time was to have someone to talk to who was in the same position.
