This site concerns general disability rather than learning disability which is not a particularly useful site if your interest is specifically learning disability. I entered ‘learning disability’ in the site search engine and it came up with 250, mostly irrelevant, links. I entered ‘mencap’ and got no result. I then entered ‘Valuing People’ and got 241 results, so I tried to be more specific and entered ‘Valuing People: a new strategy for people with learning disabilities for the 21st Century’. This produced 250 results including links to: living with MS, Cycling and the Kurdish Disability Organisation. When I tried Downs syndrome there were again 250 results including an article on ten pin bowling and a list of all the County Councils in the UK.
